About
Hi, I’m Kayla – curator of cozy moments & storyteller of home.
HOW MY STORY BEGAN
I was born and raised in the heart of small-town Pennsylvania, which is where I first learned to appreciate life’s simplest moments.
Whether it was gathering around the family table or relishing in a crisp fall morning with a cup of coffee, those early experiences shaped my love for creating a home capable of holding memories filled with warmth and steeped in nostalgia.
Now, inspired by my upbringing and current work as a designer, I’ve developed a passion for crafting homes that tell a story. Whether it’s incorporating a sentimental heirloom or a beloved piece of furniture, I believe a well-designed space should honor a family’s past and encourage connection. By embracing this mindful approach to design, we nurture gratitude and enrich our everyday experiences – allowing us to discover joy in the quiet moments that make life special.
My wish is that you find each post to be a welcoming reprieve from the hustle of modern life. Inside, you’ll discover inspiration for crafting timeless interiors, tips for joyful entertaining, and ideas for embracing seasonal living – each infused with the warmth and charm of honoring our heritage.
Together, let’s slow down and savor the simple joys of home.
