In my experience, the duration of renovation or new construction projects often spans a range of 4-24 months, while furnishing projects typically have a timeline of 4-12 months.

As a boutique studio, I prioritize quality over quantity to ensure that each client receives my undivided attention. Projects are on a first-come, first-serve basis and book out months in advance.

While I can come in at any point of the process, it is my preference to start as early as possible to ensure the most important details are handled. I like to be involved in every aspect of your home - from space planning, to finish and paint selection, to the final furniture install. Remember: the earlier I can get involved, the easier I can make the process for you!

Absolutely! Whether it’s an entire new home, a kitchen remodel, or a single room makeover - every project is approached with the same care and attention to detail.
No, the final decisions are always up to you! My goal is to provide the best suggestions and guidance based on my professional knowledge and your requests - but your preferences, comfort, and budget are paramount. You will have the ability to approve all items and request revisions before any orders are placed.

The cost of my services is influenced by each project's scope of work and your specific requests. Transparency is at the heart of my approach when it comes to my design costs and I aim to provide you with clear insights into the investments associated with your goals. While every project is different, I find that my design fees are around 8-10% of the construction budget on average.
