6. Interior House Plans
All house plans sold through Kayla Harrah Design are conceptual in nature. They are intended to inspire and guide your design process, but are not permit-ready construction drawings. They must be reviewed, adapted, and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer in your local jurisdiction.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that: 1) You understand the plans are not ready for construction; 2) It is your responsibility to hire qualified professionals to modify and approve the plans; 3) We are not liable for any misuse or unpermitted construction based on the conceptual plans; 4) Use of these house plans is entirely at your own risk.
7. User-Generated Content
Our "Design Letters" feature allows community members to submit interior design dilemmas and questions. By submitting a design dilemma, you grant Kayla Harrah Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and edit your submission (anonymously or with attribution) in blog posts, newsletters, or promotional materials.
Do not include any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information in your submissions.
