The $1,550 is a flat-rate design fee per functional space which offers a transparent and accessible way to bring professional design into your home. With this structured pricing, you know exactly what to expect - no hourly rates or surprise fees - just a beautifully curated space tailored to your style and needs.
For open-concept layouts, each defined space is charged separately. For example, if your dining and living areas flow together, they would be considered two separate spaces and we would tailor a design plan to each. This approach ensures that every detail is intentional, every space is cohesive, and your home feels effortlessly refined.
What's included in the $1,550 design fee: 30-Minute Zoom Consultation, Curated Furniture and Finish Selections, 4K-3D Renderings, Furniture Plans, Design Board, Shoppable Links, and One Round of Revisions.
Once your final design is delivered, you will have one full week to review your customized design and ensure every detail is just right. If there is anything you would like to adjust, simply let me know. I offer one round of revisions to fine-tune your design to perfection and will send your updated package back to you within a week.
After the final design is complete, you will be free to implement your design plan at your own pace and make purchases for furnishings, materials, and any suggested items when it suits you.
